Find out what is actually wrong with your store.

Give us your store address. We look at it by hand and email you a written list of what is costing you orders, worst first, in plain English. You keep the list whether or not you ever hire us.

  • Written by a person, not a scanner spitting out a score
  • Ranked by what it is costing you, not by what is easy to sell you
  • No store access needed, no call, no follow-up sequence
  • Fix it yourself, hand it to your own developer, or ask us
  • Access you can revoke
  • 100+ stores managed
  • Usually back within a few business days

Step 1 of 4

That is all we need to start. It does not have to be Shopify, and it does not have to be finished.

What we look at

Six things that quietly cost small stores money.

None of these are clever. They are the things that go wrong when nobody owns the store, and they are almost always what we find first.

Whether Google can even see you

Indexing, missing titles and descriptions, duplicate product pages, broken redirects, and whether your products are eligible for the free Google Shopping listings most small stores never claim.

What your product pages are missing

Thin or copy-pasted descriptions, missing images and variants, absent sizing or materials, prices that no longer match reality, and out-of-stock items still taking up your best shelf space.

Where the checkout leaks

Shipping surprises, unclear returns, missing trust signals, payment options a Canadian or US shopper expects to see, and anything that makes a first-time buyer hesitate at the last step.

How it behaves on a phone

Most of your visitors are on a phone. We look at load speed, tap targets, image weight, and the specific places the mobile layout falls apart on a real device.

Whether anything follows up

Whether an abandoned cart gets a reminder, whether a first-time buyer ever hears from you again, and how much repeat revenue is being left on the table by silence.

The boring things that quietly cost money

Broken links, error pages, expired apps still charging you, shipping rates that no longer reflect what delivery costs, and anything actively throwing an error on your storefront.

Being straight with you

Why we give this away.

Because the alternative does not work. Asking a small business owner to book a thirty-minute sales call before they know whether anything is wrong is asking for a lot of trust up front, and most people reasonably decline.

A written check inverts that. You find out what is wrong first. If the list is short, you have lost nothing and you know your store is in decent shape. If it is long, you now have something concrete to act on, and you can decide for yourself whether it is worth paying anyone.

Some people take the list and fix everything themselves. That is a completely fine outcome, and it is why the list is written to be actionable by someone who is not us.

No access needed, no call. Everything in the check is visible from your public storefront, so there is nothing to set up before you send it. We work Eastern Time hours, which overlaps the whole Canadian and US business day.

If you are too small for us, we will tell you. A store with no traffic does not have a store problem, it has a demand problem, and paying someone to tidy product pages will not fix it. We would rather say that in an email than take a monthly fee for it.

How we work

Why this is safe to send us.

Not promises. Six things about how this works that you can check for yourself, including the two that cost us money.

You never share a password

Access is granted through Shopify's own collaborator system. You choose the permissions, Shopify logs every action independently of us, and you can revoke access yourself at any time without asking.

No contract, no notice period

Every plan is month to month with nothing to pay upfront. There is no minimum term to argue your way out of, which is the point: we have to be worth paying again each month.

Every price is published

No discovery call needed to find out what we charge. Plans, hourly rates and the one-off option are all on the pricing page, so you can rule us out without speaking to anyone.

No commission on anything we recommend

No affiliate fee, referral cut or revenue share from any app, theme or tool we suggest. If we recommend something, we earn the same whether you use it or not.

A person replies within one business day

You talk to whoever is doing the work, not an account manager relaying messages. We do not monitor overnight, and we would rather say that than imply cover we do not provide.

We tell you when not to hire us

If your problem is demand rather than execution, or the store is small enough to maintain yourself, that is what the free check will say. It costs us work and saves you money.

Questions

The things people ask before sending their store.

Is it really free, and what's the catch?

It is genuinely free and there is no catch worth worrying about. The honest version: doing this costs us an hour or two, and a fraction of the people we send it to eventually hire us. That maths works even when most people never do. You are not obliged to reply, and the list is written so it is useful to someone who never becomes a client.

Do I have to get on a call first?

No. That is the point of it. You give us a store address and an email, and the write-up arrives by email. If you want to talk it through afterwards you can book a call, but nobody will phone you and nobody will chase you.

How long does it take?

Usually a few business days. It is done by a person looking at your actual store, not a scanner producing a PDF, which is why it takes days rather than thirty seconds. If we are behind, we will tell you rather than go quiet.

Do you need access to my store?

No. Everything in the check is visible from the public storefront. If you later want us to look inside the admin at your app bill, your shipping rates or your email flows, you can invite us through Shopify's own collaborator system, where you control the permissions and can revoke access yourself.

What if my store isn't on Shopify?

Send it anyway. Most of what we check applies to any store, and we will tell you plainly which parts we cannot help with. If you are on another platform and want to move, we will say whether we think it is worth it for a store your size, including when the answer is no.

What if the answer is that my store is fine?

Then we say so, and you have saved yourself the money you were about to spend on someone. It happens. A store with no traffic problem and no conversion problem usually has a demand problem, and hiring someone to tidy the shelves will not fix that.

Will you sell my email or add me to a newsletter?

No. It is one email with your check, plus at most one follow-up asking if it was useful. No list, no sequence, no sharing your details with anyone.

Takes about a minute

Send us the store address.

One field to start. You can stop after the first question and we will still take a look.
