What we do

Six unglamorous jobs that keep a small store earning.

None of this is strategy work. It is the maintenance nobody in a small business has time for, done by people who know Shopify, and priced so a shop doing a few thousand a month can afford it. One-off work needs no commitment at all.

Shopify store management

E-Store Manager runs Shopify stores for small businesses that have nobody looking after them. We keep product information accurate, fix what breaks, keep the store visible on Google, and keep customer emails running. Available monthly, or as a one-off fixed fee. Canada and the United States, remotely.

Stale store rescue

A one-off, fixed-fee cleanup for Shopify stores that have been neglected. We audit the store, fix the things costing you orders, and hand it back working, with a note on what was done. $499, one time, no subscription and nothing recurring afterwards.

Catalogue and product listings

We look after Shopify product catalogues: writing and fixing product pages, sorting variants and images, filling in the fields Google Shopping requires, and keeping stock and prices true. Bulk work on hundreds of products included, from $499 a month or hourly.

Store health and SEO

We audit and fix the technical reasons a Shopify store does not show up: indexing problems, missing or duplicate titles, broken redirects, slow mobile pages, and thin product content. Then we re-check on a schedule so regressions get caught rather than discovered a year later.

Email and SMS that runs itself

We set up and run the automated emails and texts a store needs: abandoned cart, welcome, post-purchase, win-back. Built once in Klaviyo or Shopify Email, then monitored and improved. It is usually the fastest revenue available to a small store that currently sends nothing.

Shopify development

Shopify developers for theme work, custom functionality, app integrations and the things your theme cannot do. Available as one-off hours from $100, in discounted blocks, or as a standing technical team from $1,500 a month for businesses whose marketing team is blocked on dev.

How to choose

Not sure which one you need?

Most people do not know, which is fine, because the honest answer usually depends on things you cannot see from the front end. Three rules of thumb:

If the store has been neglected for a year or more, start with a one-off rescue. Getting it back to working order once is cheaper and clearer than starting a subscription on top of a mess.

If the store is broadly fine but nobody owns it, a monthly plan is the right shape. Decay is the problem, and decay is only solved by someone looking regularly.

If you have one specific broken thing, buy an hour. You do not need a plan to get one problem fixed, and we would rather sell you an hour than a subscription you resent.

The free store check answers this for you. Send your store address and the written list tells you which of these you actually need, including when the answer is none of them.

Prices in USD. CAD invoicing is available on request.
