Stale store rescue
Your store has been sitting there for a year. Let's fix it.
A one-off, fixed-fee cleanup for Shopify stores that have been neglected. We audit the store, fix the things costing you orders, and hand it back working, with a note on what was done. $499, one time, no subscription and nothing recurring afterwards.
This is for you if
The store went up, then life happened, and nobody has touched it since. You want it sorted once, for a price you agree before anyone starts.
Signs you need it
- The store has not been updated since the year it launched
- You are embarrassed to send anyone the link
- Items are still listed that you stopped selling long ago
- You are not sure whether orders would even come through correctly
- You have been meaning to deal with it for months
Not for you if
If the store needs a full redesign or a platform migration, this is not big enough, and we will say so before taking your money.
Store Rescue: $499 one time, no subscription
If the store has been left alone for a year and you just want it sorted.
Why this matters more than it sounds
There is a specific kind of Shopify store we see constantly. It was built with real effort, usually by the owner or a cousin who was good with computers. It worked. Then the business got busy, or quiet, or changed direction, and the store stopped being anyone's priority.
Now it sits there. Half the products are wrong. Something in the theme broke during an update. The shipping rates were set for prices from three years ago. It still takes orders occasionally, which is almost worse, because it means the neglect is invisible.
The reason these stores stay broken is not cost, it is dread. The owner does not know what is wrong, so they cannot judge how big the job is, so they cannot commit to it, so nothing happens. Any fix that starts with an open-ended hourly quote makes that worse.
So this is deliberately not that. It is one fixed fee, agreed before we start, for a defined outcome: the store gets checked properly, the things actually costing you money get fixed, and you get told what was done. If we find something genuinely beyond the scope, a broken integration, a theme that needs replacing, we tell you what it would take and you decide separately. We do not discover expensive problems halfway through and then send a bigger invoice.
Afterwards, nothing continues. No subscription starts, no retainer kicks in. Most people who do this never speak to us again, and the store keeps working. Some of them come back a year later for another pass, which is a perfectly sensible way to use us.

Questions
What people ask about stale store rescue.
What exactly do I get for the fixed fee?
A full check of the store, then the actual fixing of the highest-value problems we find, then a written handover. In practice that is around a week of elapsed time and covers the things that are costing you orders: wrong prices, broken links, missing product information, mobile layout problems, and anything throwing an error.
What if my store needs more work than that covers?
We tell you before we start. The check comes first, so if the honest answer is that your store needs a rebuild rather than a rescue, you hear that instead of paying for a rescue that cannot fix it. Extra work beyond the fixed fee is quoted separately and only goes ahead if you say yes.
Will you try to sign me up to something afterwards?
We will mention once that monthly plans exist, and then leave it. There is no subscription hidden in this, no auto-renewal, and no card kept on file.
Is it worth it if I might close the store anyway?
Probably not, and you should say so up front. If you are deciding whether to keep the store at all, take the free store check instead, it costs nothing and it will tell you whether there is a business worth rescuing before you spend anything.
