Email and SMS that runs itself

The follow-up your store isn't doing

We set up and run the automated emails and texts a store needs: abandoned cart, welcome, post-purchase, win-back. Built once in Klaviyo or Shopify Email, then monitored and improved. It is usually the fastest revenue available to a small store that currently sends nothing.

This is for you if

Someone adds to cart, leaves, and never hears from you again. You know that is a problem and you have never had time to fix it.

Signs you need it

  • You have never sent a marketing email from the store
  • Your last campaign was a one-off and nothing followed it
  • You have a customer list and have never used it
  • Abandoned carts vanish and nothing chases them
  • Repeat purchase rate is low and you have no idea why

Not for you if

If you already have a lifecycle marketer and forty working flows, you need optimisation, not setup, and you should keep them.

Operate: $1,499 per month

If a lean team is keeping it alive but never gets to grow it.

Why this matters more than it sounds

For a small store with existing traffic, automated follow-up is usually the cheapest revenue available. Not because email is magic, but because the alternative is silence, and silence converts at zero.

The specific gap is almost always the same. Someone visits, gets as far as the cart, and leaves. That is normal and it happens to everyone. What is not normal is that nothing happens next. No reminder, no reason to come back, no acknowledgement that they were ever there. The store treats a nearly-completed sale exactly as it treats a bounce.

Fixing that is a one-time build with an ongoing tail. The build is a small number of sequences that cover the moments that matter: someone almost bought, someone just subscribed, someone just received their order, someone used to buy and stopped. Four flows, done properly, outperform forty done thoughtlessly.

The ongoing part is why this is not a project. Flows break. A product gets renamed and a dynamic block goes blank. A domain change quietly kills deliverability and nobody notices for two months because nothing errors, the messages simply stop arriving. Somebody has to look.

We will also tell you when to send less. Small stores are routinely advised to email constantly, which burns a list you cannot easily rebuild. The goal is messages a customer is glad to get, at a frequency that does not train them to ignore you.

There is a real prerequisite worth stating: this needs traffic to work on. If almost nobody reaches your cart, there is nothing to recover, and the honest first move is getting the store findable rather than building flows for visitors who do not exist.

What is included

  • Abandoned cart and abandoned browse sequences that actually recover orders
  • A welcome series for new subscribers that does not read like a template
  • Post-purchase messages: shipping, care, review requests, reorder prompts
  • Win-back campaigns for customers who used to buy and stopped
  • Sign-up capture on the store that does not wreck the experience
  • Deliverability set up properly so the messages arrive at all
  • Monthly review of what is earning and what is being ignored

Questions

What people ask about email and sms that runs itself.

Do I need to pay for Klaviyo as well?

Not necessarily. Klaviyo is free up to a few hundred contacts and is what we would normally use, but Shopify Email is included with your Shopify plan and is genuinely adequate for a small store's core flows. We will recommend whichever costs you less for the size you actually are.

How many emails will you send my customers?

Fewer than most people expect. The automated flows only fire when someone does something, so a customer who buys once might get four or five messages in total. We would rather send less and keep the list healthy than chase short-term revenue by exhausting it.

What kind of return should I expect?

It depends entirely on how much traffic and how many carts you already have, so any specific number would be invented. What we can say is where it comes from: abandoned cart recovery first, then post-purchase repeat orders, then win-back. If your traffic is very low, expect very little, and fix findability first.

Can you write the emails, not just build them?

Yes. Copy is included, written plainly and in your voice rather than in marketing language. If you would rather write them yourself, we will build the structure and you can drop your own words in.
